This is a gorgeous drink for any festive occasion. To make this cocktail for a crowd, put pomegranate juice and arils for six servings in a large pitcher, and add the whole bottle of Prosecco.
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice or juice blend (preferably all fruit)
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 1/2 cup chilled Prosecco or champagne
In a large wine glass, combine the pomegranate juice and seeds. Pour in the Prosecco just before serving.
Pair this drink with Wasabi Deviled Eggs.
