Spiral Food Co-op is a consumer-owned natural foods cooperative, offering a large selection of the highest quality products and services to our community since 1979. We carry a wide selection of fresh organic and local produce, naturally raised meats, artisan cheeses, organic dairy products, bulk grains and herbs, health and body care items, and deli items such as sandwiches, wraps, drinks and soups.
